These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the products, services, websites, applications, content, and other offerings (collectively “Services”) provided by Zero Impact Energy and its affiliates (collectively “Zero Impact Energy”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

Zero Impact Energy may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any modifications.

Your Responsibilities
You agree to use Zero Impact Energy Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.

You agree to pay all applicable fees charged by Zero Impact Energy for Services you purchase or use. Taxes and additional fees may apply. You consent to recurring charges from Zero Impact Energy for ongoing Services until cancellation.

You must comply with all safety instructions and proper usage guidelines when operating Zero Impact Energy stations. You are responsible for any property damage or injuries resulting from improper use.

Zero Impact Energy Rights
Zero Impact Energy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Services with reasonable notice to customers when practicable. Zero Impact Energy may also terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.

Zero Impact Energy owns all intellectual property and proprietary rights in the Services, including any software, technology, content, and materials. Customers receive a limited license to use the Services for their internal purposes only.

Billing and Payment
You authorize Zero Impact Energy to charge your provided payment method for Services you purchase or use. Taxes, regulatory fees, and other charges may apply to your purchases.

If your payment fails, Zero Impact Energy may suspend your account and seek to collect any unpaid balance. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. Please contact us immediately regarding any billing disputes.

Warranties and Liability
Zero Impact Energy provides Services on an “as-is” basis without warranties. Zero Impact Energy expressly disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from the course of dealing.

In no event shall Zero Impact Energy be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Zero Impact Energy’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Dispute Resolution
Zero Impact Energy requires binding individual arbitration for any disputes. Class action lawsuits and class arbitration are prohibited. This provides a quick and cost-effective dispute resolution process.

Miscellaneous
You agree to keep Zero Impact Energy information confidential and not disclose it to third parties. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zero Impact Energy in any lawsuit arising from your use of the Services.

These Terms are governed by California law. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
